Accepted Payment Method

I am not currently on any insurance panels; however, I do complete invoices (superbills) for patients interested in submitting claims to insurance when appropriate.

Depending on your healthcare plan, you may submit our bill to your insurance company and I will gladly provide a superbill to you.  

 

Patients are expected to self-pay at the time of service and I can then send the superbill through your patient portal so you can seek reimbursement from your insurance company.

Out-of-Pocket Fees

The following fees apply:

• Initial adult assessment: $450

• Adult follow up appointment (25-30 mins): $250

• Initial child/adolescent psychiatric assessment:  $500

• Child/adolescent follow up appointment (25-30 mins) $300

• Menopause and hormone packages available

  • Initial comprehensive hormone evaluation with review of lab results, 60 minute follow up, and 2- 30 minute appointments for $1000.00 ($350 in savings!)​

• Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation:  based on request. Contact me if interested.

Under the No Surprises Act, those who do not have insurance or who will not be using insurance to pay for services have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate from their health care provider explaining how much their care may cost. Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance or are subject to the Cancellation fee as described in the Practice Policies document.
